To build is manipulating, transforming and adjusting.
I like to see shapes as a step in a movement. This is the reason why I do not aim for the completion of a volume. But conversely, I am interested in slightly “open” volumes, which give us the space to imagine, interpret other possibilities of forms, giving the sensation of movement and potential evolution.
It is about a moment from a step to an other, when suspended in the temporality, in between a past and the intuition of a future. Would these spaces appear as construction or dismantlement?
A choreography of shapes, volumes and materials, using the vocabulary of architecture and design as a metaphor to evoke the notions of tensions, strength, weight, balance and connexion.
